The die cast alloy V-pad will not damage the threads. V-pads and dies can be replaced when worn out.
Thread chaser standard die set (216884). Includes 6 4-Sided dies, in the sizes listed below:Threads per inch - 4, 5, 6, 7, 7-1/2, 8, 9, 10,11, 11-1/2, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 24.
The die cast alloy V-pad will not damage the threads.
Replaceable V-pads and dies.
Capacity: all types of threads with diameters of 1-1/4” to 5” O.D.
Easy operation
Simply tighten the tool slightly on the good threads then back it off over the damaged thread area to restore threads quickly and accurately.
