Pulley Information:
Decrease High Speed
Vibration

Reduce 5th gear engine rpm approximately

Reduce oil temperature! Higher cruise rpm gets the engine hotter!
Modification: The standoffs on the back of the pulley cover must be filed.
If you do not want to modify we have a 31 tooth pulley kit that does not require modification, search for 31TS-2C.

1991-2003, 32TS-1: Same as changing rear pulley to a 55 tooth
. Sport models may require a 130 belt or shorter shocks.
2004-Up, 32TS-2: Gives 883's the same final ratio as 1200's, gives 1200's an "overdrive" 5th gear
30 Tooth:
No modifications required, except XR's require modifying the inside of the pulley cover.
1991-2003, 30TS-1: This is one more tooth than a stock 1200
2004-Up, 30TS-2: Gives 883's more mph in every gear, still lower than 1200's; two more teeth than stock.
