Any order for or any statement of intent to purchase here-under or any direction to deliver equipment shall constitute the customer's acceptance of all of Mountainside Equipment's Terms and Conditions that are stated herein.
Return Warranty
Mountainside Equipment warrants this equipment to the customer for 14 days after the original purchase. Mountainside Equipment also warrants that the equipment shall be shipped in good operating condition. However, if the shipped equipment is not in good working condition due to no fault of the customer, then the customer shall notify Mountainside Equipment within three (3) days after receipt of the equipment. For any item that is not as described in the listing Mountainside Equipment shall, at its option, either refund the equipment, the cost of repairs, or supply replacement equipment subject to availability. The customer shall be responsible for shipping the equipment and paying the shipping costs back to Mountainside Equipment, then Mountainside Equipment shall then refund or replace the equipment, and pay shipping costs to provide the customer with replaced equipment. The foregoing warranty is in lieu and exclusive of all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, oral or written. Unless otherwise agreed in writing.
