    Have you tried to cut the the Sapling or Vine back flush  with the bush or ground just to have the Sapling or Vine grow back out?

    PRO-KILL was designed to help with Saplings and Vines with pin point herbicide application where spraying is not applicable.
    After cutting the
    Sapling or Vine, simply choose the large or small holed PRO-Kill and slide over the freshly cut end of the Sapling or Vine.
    Apply herbicide by
    pouring into PRO-Kill to cover fresh cut end of Sapling or Vine, follow manufactures warnings and instructions,  secure upright and close lid.
    Repeat as necessary.
