    Description

    This is a Power General power supply model 3040-1 removed from a piece of equipment.
    It provides +5 volts at 3.0 amps, +12 volts at 2.0 Amps and -12 volts at .5 amps to power a fan.
    Power for the supply is either 115 volts AC or 220 volts AC selected by a pin plug.
    Included is an “Innovative”
    DC Brushless Fan (model SP82512M) rated at 12 Volts at .16 amps.
    Incorporated into the supply is a potentiometer on the board to precisely adjust voltage based on loading. The single potentiometer on the board controls voltage for both the 5 volt and 12 volt settings. The power supply and fan have been tested.
    The power supply includes original connectors with wire leads.
