Honda GL1100 Goldwing 12.5" Heavy Duty Chrome Shocks

Description

These are new Heavy Duty motorcycle rear chrome shock absorbers. They are not air shocks but they make excellent replacement shocks for the GL1100 Gold Wing. The free length is 12.5" which is 1/4" shorter than the stock length.   The 1/4" shorter length is insignificant and will have no affect on ride or handling. The springs have 5 tension adjustment positions.  The spring adjuster tool is also provided.
The original shocks have rubber bushings which tend to crack and split over time. This set of shocks has all metal bushings which will not wear out.  The green wire tie that you see in the left lower shock eyelet is there to keep the bushing (which is a different size than the others) in place to keep it from being lost. These shocks come ready to install as they are with no additional modification needed.

THESE SHOCKS WILL FIT ALL HONDA GL1100 GOLD WING MODELS FROM 1980 THRU 1983.
