Formulation:
2,4-D 10.49%;  Mecoprop 2.66%;  Dicamba 0.67%;  Carfentrazone 0.54%
Weeds Controlled:
Over 80 of the toughest to control broadleaf weeds including clover, ground ivy, spurge, chickweed, dandelion, henbit, oxalis, poison ivy, purslane, shepherds purse, thistle, Virginia buttonweed, wild onion and many others listed on the label.
Application Rate:
May be applied to cool season grasses (Kentucky Bluegrass, Perennial Ryegrass, Tall Fescue, Red Fescue, Colonial Bentgrass, or mixtures of cool season grasses) at a rate of 1.5 to 2 oz per 1000 square feet. Normally, this is 1.5 to 2 oz per gallon of water. For warm season grasses (Hybrid Bermudagrass, Bahiagrass, Zoysiagrass, Buffalograss, St. Augustine, or Centipedegrass), use 0.75 to 1.5 oz per 1000 square feet. For Common Bermudagrass, use 1 to 2 oz per 1000 square feet.
Coverage:
For cool season grasses, this 16 oz bottle will cover 8,000 to 10,600 square feet. For Common Bermudagrass, this bottle will cover 8,000 to 16,000 square feet. For other warm season grasses, this bottle will cover 10,600 to 21,300 square feet.
When to Apply:
Works in temperatures from 40-90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Much better temperature range than most broadleaf herbicides. Avoid spraying when temperatures are above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. WARNING: Temporary yellowing may occur on St. Augustine and certain varieties of Hybrid Bermudagrass.
Prohibitions:
Do not spray on 'Floratam' or 'Bitterblue' varieties of St. Augustine in Florida. Do not use on Carpetgrass, Dichondra, or lawns containing desirable Clovers. Do not apply to St. Augustine during Spring green-up. Do not spray roots of trees or ornamentals. Avoid spray drift onto desirable plants. Do not exceed the label's specified dosage, especially above the root system of desirable trees and ornamentals.
Cultural Tips:
Do not apply this product immediately before rainfall or irrigation. Avoid watering for 4 hours after treatment. Delay mowing 1 to 2 days before and after application of this product. Treated areas may be reseeded 2 weeks after application.
