0 - 100 Volt DC Power Supply 3 Amp Partially
Working.
As far as operation the (PS) does turn on and the voltage output does
vary,
however there is no voltage output at the
terminals
,

Note the ps comes with a power cord. Note I could not find a make / model / manf.
for the ps and it was made in China. This is all the testing I have done with the ps and the ps is sold " as - is" for parts or repair with no returns or refunds.
